What’s my size?
All our items are handmade and custom to ensure a perfect fit. Once you place your order our team will get in touch within 24hours to collect your measurements via email.  If you need assistance with selecting your size please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you have any items in stock for next day delivery? 
We do stock items in standard sizes ranging from XS to XL and are based on model height of 165cm to 170cm, a product size guide can be found on each product page. In stock items are marked by a tab next to the product price. Please get in touch if you have any questions about our in stock items.

When will I receive my order?
We have great range of robes in stock and available for delivery in 1-2 business days in the UK. If you place an order for a robe that is made to order or that is made to measure the current lead time is 3 to 6 weeks depending on the item. Please contact our team if you have any question on delivery and lead time and we will be happy to assist you.

What can I wear instead of a Bridal Robe?

What material is this product made from?
At Nola Grey we offer a great range of products from our Bridal Robes, Luxury Home Wear, Lingerie and Bodysuits. A great deal of attention and consideration goes into selecting the perfect material for each product. Here is a breakdown of different materials that are used to create different products.

Satin: Recognised for its glossy appearance, similar to silk. Satin can be made from natural and synthetic fibres. The following material are often used in combination to created Satin, Silk, Cotton, Nylon and Polyester. Different fibres are often blended to achieve specific properties.
Silk: A natural fabric that is made from the larva of silkworm. Silk is a very luxuries material and carries a higher price tag. This is because of the quality of fibres used to make the fabric, and it’s a more time-consuming fibre to manage.
Lace: A delicate fabric that is used for decorative purposes. It has a timeless feel and is often used to decorate and visually enhance a bridal robes. Lace is often made from natural and synthetic fibres, silk, cotton, wool, viscose and nylon. Working with lace is a time-consuming process, that requires skill and dedication. It is highly labour-intensive, with couture sewing techniques applied to the construction.
Tulle: It is delicate and lightweight material that is used to make many bridal bridal robes. A net-like fabric that is made of silk, nylon, rayon or polyester yarns. Fibres are often combined to create different properties and affects.
Natural features: Natural Feather are used across many products to enhance and give a luxurious statement. Soft, light and airy feel that add drama and glamour to bridal robes and pyjamas.

How do I take care of this product?

It is crucial to check the care instructions provided for each individual product. The correct care and handling of products will ensure longevity.
All items are checked and steam ironed before dispatched but may need additional touch up when unboxed as creases can form in transit. For best results we recommend a steam iron.
It is important to handle the robe gently and avoid abrasive and rough surfaces that can snag or tear the delicate fabrics. Be mindful of jewellery and accessories that may catch, snag or damage the fabrics.
It is important to store the robes it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
