Order Processing 

In stock items are typically processed and dispatched within one to two working days. You will receive email notification once your order has been fully processed and your parcel has been picked up by the courier. 

Made to order items will be processed and dispatched once received at Nola Grey. Once your items is received by the team, final inspection will be carried out, your order will be packaged and dispatched.  You will receive email notification once your order has been fully processed and your parcel has been picked up by the courier. 

Postage and Packaging 

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail on a next working day service to the UK. We offer a free postage and packing service. 


Orders within the EU

Orders placed from nolagrey.co.uk to EU member countries may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees. The taxes and fees will depend on the destination country of your order. Please consult your local customs authority.
