Purchasing Terms & Conditions

All our items are handmade and are made to order, the current lead to manufacture and ship items is three to six weeks (the date we expect Nola Grey to receive the item). This date is not a guaranteed date of receipt by Nola Grey is subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays to this date by email.

1. WHEN WE WILL PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS.

Once product is received by Nola Grey we will process the stock (normally within 24 hours) and dispatch to you. Order are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked with signature service. You will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking information from Royal Mail. 

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 WHEN YOU MUST PAY AND HOW YOU MUST PAY.

3.1.1 We take payment on the day of order being placed. Your account may be debited a few days later.
