Customs and Made To Measure Procedure

Our custom and made to measure service is designed to give an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is a step by step guide of ordering a custom or made to measure product.

1- All item are handmade and custom to ensure a perfect fit. Please select a size ranging from XS to XL based on the size guide or Made To Measure on the product page, add to cart and proceed to payment. If you are ordering multiple items please proceed as a single order. This will help our production team plan and manufacture your order. If you place your orders separately, there is no guarantee it will be delivered together.

2-Once we have received your order our team will contact you via email within 24hours to collect your measurement and confirm your wedding date. This will be a form with instructions on how to measure for a specific product.

We recommend a partner, friend or a family member helps you with the measurement to ensure accuracy.

3-Once we receive your form back, our team will review your measurement before sending it off for production.

4-Once approved and signed off, the team will send off your order to our production team for manufacturing.

5-The specialised team will create unique panels based your measurement and plan production.

6-The lead time for a custom and made to measure items is six to eight weeks.

7-Once your product has been manufactured, the team will carryout quality control inspection before dispatching to Nola Grey.

8-On arrival at Nola Grey, our in-house team will carry out final checks before dispatching your order to you.

9- Your order will be package and dispatched to you in a custom made box with gold foil logo. We will email you to confirm dispatch of your order with your tracking number

Made to measure items are priced at a 10% mark up to cover the additional costs of production planning and materials.
