Custom and Made-to-Order Service

Our custom and made-to-order service is designed to provide an exceptional experience from start to finish. Follow this step-by-step guide to order your custom or made-to-order product:

1. Place Your Order:

   • All items are handmade and customised to ensure a perfect fit. Please select a size ranging from XS to XL based on the size guide or choose "custom fit" on the product page. Add the item to your cart and proceed to payment.
   • If you are ordering multiple items, please place them as a single order. This helps our production team plan and manufacture your order efficiently. Separate orders may not be delivered together.

2. Measurement Collection:

   • Once we receive your order, our team will contact you via email within 24 hours to collect your measurements and confirm your wedding date.
   • We recommend having a partner, friend, or family member help you with the measurements to ensure accuracy.

3. Measurement Review:

   • After receiving your measurements, our team will review them before sending them off for production.

4. Order Approval:

   • Once approved and signed off, your order will be sent to our production team for manufacturing.

5. Production Planning:

   • Our specialised team will create unique panels based on your measurements and plan the production.

6. Lead Time:

   • The lead time for custom and made-to-measure items is two to three weeks.

7. Quality Control:

   • Once your product has been manufactured, our team will carry out a quality control inspection before dispatching it to Nola Grey.

8. Final Checks:

   • On arrival at Nola Grey, our team will perform final checks before dispatching your order to you.

9. Packaging and Dispatch:

   • Your order will be packaged and dispatched in a custom-made branded box . We will email you to confirm the dispatch of your order along with the tracking number.
