Free International Shipping

We offer FREE international standard shipping on all orders over £100 (order value calculated after discounts.

Orders under £100 will incur an international shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days

• Made-to-order items: Dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page (typically up to 3 weeks)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery times are:

• Europe: 3–5 business days

• Rest of World: 4–7 business days

Please note these are estimates only and delivery times may be affected by customs delays, local postal services, or peak periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

• The customer is fully responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred

• Nola Grey Ltd cannot advise on specific customs charges — please check with your local customs office prior to ordering

We are unable to refund orders that are refused due to unpaid customs charges.

Tracking & Delivery

All international orders are shipped with tracking.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Nola Grey Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are outside of our control; however, we will always support you in resolving any issues with the courier where possible.
