After placing your order, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm your measurements and provide clear measuring guidance. We will also ask for your wedding or event date to ensure your order is made and delivered in time.
Our current lead time for production and dispatch is approximately three weeks.
If you require your piece sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

This product likes it when you look after it properly.
Care instructions:
- HAND WASH AT 30C.
- Recommended to AIR DRY.
- IRON ON LOW HEAT. We recommend using a handheld steam iron to achieve the perfect result.
- WASH SEPARATELY,
as colours may transfer after the first wash.
If natural features are present, please remove before washing.
We recommend using Anti Static Spray to reduce static elecricity on the product.

Made-to-Order items are produced after an order is placed, using our standard sizes (e.g., UK 8, 10, 12). These pieces are not in stock and have a production lead time, usually 2–3 weeks.
Made-to-Measure items are customised to your specific body measurements. These are tailored to fit you personally and may require a longer production time.
